School Code of Conduct

At Novator School, we are dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth. Our Code of Conduct serves as a guide to uphold the values and expectations we share as a school community. By adhering to these principles, we collectively contribute to a positive and enriching educational experience.

  • Treat Everyone with Respect: All members of the school community, including students, staff, parents, and visitors, are expected to treat each other with kindness, empathy, and respect.

  • Inclusive Language: Use inclusive and considerate language that promotes a sense of belonging for everyone, irrespective of differences in background, abilities, or beliefs.

  • Respect for Personal Space: Recognize and respect the personal space and boundaries of others, both in physical and digital interactions.

  • Academic Integrity: Uphold the principles of academic honesty. Plagiarism, cheating, and any form of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited.

  • Honest Communication: Communicate truthfully and honestly in all interactions. Avoid misinformation and promote transparent communication.

  • Responsible Use of Technology: Use technology responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with the school's policies.

  • Physical Safety: Prioritize the physical safety of oneself and others. Report any hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.

  • Mental and Emotional Well-being: Foster a supportive and caring environment that prioritizes the mental and emotional well-being of all community members.

  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts peacefully and constructively, seeking mediation when necessary.

  • Attendance and Punctuality: Attend classes regularly and be punctual. Notify the school in advance in case of absence. If a child is absent for three days, he/she must bring an application explaining the reason and duly signed by his/her parent. A Medical Certificate along with a letter from the parent will be required if a child is absent for more than three consecutive days. Parents must inform the School Office in writing for cases of long illness or absence.

  • Responsible Use of Resources: Use school resources responsibly, including textbooks, facilities, and equipment.

  • Environmental Responsibility: Promote environmental sustainability by reducing waste and respecting school property.

  • Appropriate Attire: Adhere to the school's dress code policy, promoting modesty and professionalism.

  • Parent and Community Involvement: Encourage parents and the wider community to actively participate in school activities and initiatives.

  • Volunteerism: Promote a culture of volunteerism and community service among students.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in appropriate consequences, including warnings, disciplinary actions, or, in severe cases, suspension or expulsion.
By abiding by this Code of Conduct, we collectively create a positive, respectful, and enriching learning environment that prepares our students for success in both academic and personal endeavors.
